The national leader extended his sincere wishes of success in the face of the new challenge that the region is going through.

We are going to work together to make possible the future we are building for Venezuela,” he said.

The head of state took the opportunity to thank Luis Alberto Moreno, outgoing president of the IDB, for his position in supporting Venezuela’s reconstruction.

“We are convinced that this institution will be a fundamental pillar in the Venezuela of the coming years,” he added.

This Saturday, President (E) Guaidó’s administration assured in a press release that it is satisfied that the IDB presidency is one of the people best aquainted with the situation in Venezuela and the dimension of the problems it faces.

Mauricio J. Claver-Carone gives the necessary confidence to deploy his capabilities to the maximum in the design of solutions to the development challenges we face, and from now on the Legitimate Government makes available all its support to achieve these objectives,” he said.
